We just got a shipment of antique and exquisite cufflinks that are so much fun. There is one pair in particular which would be a great gift for a graduating student, or someone who needs a little help in finding their way.

These tiny cufflinks, which measure less than an inch, are prefect working compasses. They have a great roping detail around the edge and are so much fun and so elegant.

We aren’t going to let a little thing like 15+ inches of snow keep us from making sure you get the perfect Valentine’s present for your amour! Our shop is open, we’re decorated for the holiday and we’d love to see you!We have the fire going and lots of flowers blooming, so come on out!

Candy is Dandy!

It’s a time-honored tradition to give sweets to your sweetie, and at Halcyon House, we have sweets, including our own Eric!

Everyone loves our Béquet Gourmet Caramels, especially the ones with Irish Sea Salt. You can feel the little pops of salt in each caramel, which makes them especially tasty!

Our newest offering is Toffee to Go, chosen by Oprah as one of her Favorite Things for 2013. We are lucky that we got our order in before she made the announcement, because her Favorite Things usually sell out instantly!

More Baubles and Beads!

With the bad weather coming in overnight Wednesday and all day Thursday, there’s one day less to shop for Valentine’s Day. It’s really no problem though, here at Halcyon House, we have some more great suggestions.

How about some fun earrings?Or a lovely necklace?If the weather does turn really bad, not to worry, you can print out one of these images and put it in a box for Valentine’s Day and then come out on Saturday and buy the actual item!

It’s Time for Valentine’s Day!

Time’s ticking down until Valentine’s Day! And even though we know you use your cellphone to check the time, it’s really much easier to just turn your wrist and look at your watch.  But we want to make sure your watch reflects who you are, so we’ve stocked some classic and fun watches to meet every occasion.

I like these women’s watches that look like they wrap around your wrist, but in reality, they snap at the back, making them easy to put on and take off.

For the gentlemen, there’s a traditional watch with the classic grosgrain ribbon strap. These look like vintage watches, but they’re the latest technology.

For those of us, both men and women, whose eyes aren’t quite as sharp as they used to be, these unisex watches are just the thing. The watches come with either a black, brown or navy strap.

The clock is ticking, and Valentine’s Day is less than two weeks away! If you have a significant other, you know that it’s best to be ready on the morning of Valentine’s Day, and have something to give.
