Ornamental, My Dear!

Have you been to Halcyon House Antiques in the past few weeks? If not, please stop by! It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas with all of the decorating we’ve done.

I want to share some exceptionally beautiful ornaments we’ve just gotten in. They look like Fabergé eggs! They are really stunning and one would make a fabulous present, maybe hung around a bottle of champagne for a special person.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

Actually, he’s already here! We have some of the sweetest Santas here at Halcyon House Antiques!

I love the idea of tying an ornament like these to a present! It’s just that added touch that makes it even more special!

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

Our elves are at work decorating the shop to look like Christmas! Again this year, we have a great selection of ornaments and decorative elements, such as glittery branches, berries and fronds!We have several wise owls whoooo would love to see you when you come by!We have balls of every size, shape and color!

China Town

We’ve just received a great selection of gorgeous china plates, platters, vases and more! They’re fabulous and are both blue and white and polychromatic and myriad patterns and sizes.

The pièce de résistance is this massive bowl, which, in anticipation of the season, is filled with Christmas ornaments!

Needlepoint!

We have just gotten in a shipment of needlepoint pillows and they’re fabulous – just like a certain someone’s shoes!

Some of these pillows are from Chelsea Textiles, picked up at a very special sale in NYC a few weeks ago.

We have a pooch pillows again, and they’re perfect presents for people with puppy pets!

Oddly, artichokes are having a moment, and so we have pillows to keep you au courant!

One of the items that Halcyon House Antiques’ customers look forward to each year is our selection of foods at the holidays. And now’s the time to come in and make your selections, before they vanish!

We have perennial favorites, including two types of shortbread.

Around our house, these cheese straws are very popular. They have a little jalapeño kick to them.

The Cheese Straws’ cousins, the Lemon Straws are a great combination of sweet and tangy!

The Squirrel Brand nuts are always a big seller, especially these Crème Caramel Pecans.

The Toffee to Go is wrapped and ready for you to take as a hostess gift to your next party. They make a great gift.

The Bequet Caramels, made in Montana are so delicious, and come in a variety of flavors. Our favorite is the Celtic Sea Salt.

New this year are Koppers Candies, which come in a bag, or tubes!
